Hades Star Tipps Various Steam Achievements VideoHades' Star // Scanner \u0026 Warp Lane Placement
If you tap a spaceship and drag it to a destination, the distance in AU, time required, and amount of Hydrogen consumed will be displayed at the destination.
This information is useful, especially in Red Star missions. When you're with 4 other players packed together on one planet and having trouble tapping each of your Battleships, try using the little side cycling arrows to the left and right of your modules.
This will take you to your other ships of the same type, making it easier to move all of your ships in crowded situations.
The Scanner grants you access to Artifacts, which are researched in the Research Station. Because they are closely related, putting them close together eliminates long travel times and Hydrogen costs.
So you have to return them manually to the station, deliver to one of your planets and them send them back again or you just use Hydro Upload to transfer hydro directly from your partners system to your virtual storage.
Clearing Sectors Beside transport and mining ships you can also send an unlimited number of battleships.
They won't fire on anything besides Cerberus forces. You can clear Cerberus ships after your partner has discovered a new sector.
This becomes especially useful for discovered Cerberus Stations as new players may not know how to deal with them. Trading Artifacts Last and maybe most important chapter for this guide.
Sweet artifact trading. Simple answer: Blueprints! Many players are limited by the number of blueprints they have for a specific module.
So they try to get higher level artifacts to get more blueprints for one specific module - the higher the level of an artifact the more blueprints it gives for a module although this is limited.
Best examples for this are Sanctuary blueprints obtained with level 4 Tetrahedrons and the Omega Rocket only module that can be obtained by researching level 10 Tetrahedrons.
Many players will aim to get at least one blueprint for this module early so they can start research and make use of it.
But many will also aim for maximizing blueprints for other modules so they are willing to pay a price for the artifacts.
The price often consists of many lower level artifacts, doing shipments for the seller or offer the systems hydrogen. Sellers of artifacts mostly aim at better daily income and additional hydrogen.
They will also profit from salvaging lower level artifacts, not needing to do their shipments because the partner does them or accessing more hydrogen so they can run more Red Stars.
It's usually a win-win for both parties. So, how does one trade artifacts? There are two ways: A private Red Star There's a way of sharing artifacts I found out on my own when starting with the game but most of the active player base knows about it.
If you send transport ships loaded with artifacts to a Red Star and drop them on a planet other players will be able to pick them up.
That doesn't apply to artifacts you retrieved in the same Red Star e. Andreas does design, production, and programming on Hades' Star. Hades' Star is constantly being updated.

This is true of other temporary buffs, too. The trinkets at the Well of Charon only last for a few encounters, but they can make a gigantic difference in tougher fights or against bosses.
Upping your attack, special, or cast damage is always nice, and for the right price, the Well of Charon can even heal you, raise your max health, give you more shards for your cast, or replenish your Death Defiance stock.
For a bit of gold, that's not a bad deal. If you're near a boss fight and you're struggling a bit, or you've just got gold to burn, snag a few temporary items.
They can be total life-savers. To round things out, we've got a few combat pointers, starting with the Mirror of Night. This is your main way of growing stronger outside of escape attempts, so you're going to spend a lot of time contemplating upgrades.
For your first few hours, we suggest investing in the following buffs:. While we do recommend investing in the abilities above, your Mirror of Night is just that — yours.
You can change it whenever you want, either because you think other abilities would benefit specific weapons or play styles, or because you want to try something else.
This is especially relevant once you unlock secondary abilities for the mirror again, talk to everybody. It only costs one Chthonic Key to totally reset your mirror, so don't worry about locking yourself into a bad build or anything like that.
As long as you have darkness to spend, you can experiment to your heart's content. It's easy to get tunnel vision in Hades and focus on your attack, special, and dodge, but you should never neglect your cast ability.
I'll focus on influence gain later when another person in my corp reaches RS5. I agree with the OP, it is doable solo if your weapons are decent level.
I run lasers instead of battery and can kill colossus by keeping them almost perpetually stunned assuming no EMP accidents My setup: - laser4 passive3 EMP1 sanctuary - mass battery3 passive3 EMP1 sanctuary - laser4 omega1 teleport1 sanctuary.
Each colossus dies after EMP hits. I always lead with the EMP on the mass battery ship to give the lasers time to ramp up.
I generally don't like the lasers but they pair really well with EMP for colossus, though I might give the battery another shot since OP reports having success with it.
Or just replace both lasers with batteries. Upgraded batteries have really high base dmg and while laser can do more dmg when fully charged, batteries do high dmg during the laser charge time, which in the end should be decent dmg even compared to laser.
Also laser isnt great for rs6, while batteries are. Generally level 6 battery is pretty good dmg. And you only have to upgrade battery instead of both battery and laser.
Double batteries also give you more flexibility and enable you to dance your battleship with 0 disadvantages compared to laser.
I was definitely wondering about RS6 usefulness, thanks! No one in my corp has hit 6 yet. I prefer the battery anyway hitting the smaller cerbs with a laser is always painful so it seems like a no brainer.
What setup do you use on your bs? I had easy time killing it with passive 3 and batteries 4 or 5 on all three bs.
Both with and without emp worked well. No stealing at all! Red Star Scanner allows you to find distant Red Stars. For Circulo Munich personal style, once I Gauselmann Automaten run an RS with passive, I save massively on hydro. With that being said, you should also put your jewels to good use….
